Who loves their job?
I can’t be the only one! And no, I don’t mean you have to “like” it every day.
What I mean when I say LOVE ❤️ is – it brings me joy!
* I get tired of it too, I still need breaks
* But once I’m refreshed, I can’t wait to get back!
* I’m often frustrated when things are not going the right way
* But when they do, I’m over the moon! 🌕
* I’ll have very heated discussions with my colleagues, which leave me drained
* But when we get shit done – I just want to zoom-hug them! 🤗
And finally –
* I feel lost too, I don’t always know how to connect my day to my “why”
* But when I see the impact I have on one other Human – could be a customer, or even a colleague – It fills my day with Joy 🤩
